Building A House In Bkk

Im thinking abaut buying some land for 1 million THB here in Bangkok on my girlfriends name, as it isn`t possible for me to own land.But i woud like to get a quite expensive house built on the land and don`t really like the idea of putting that on her name aswell so was wondering if anyone know if its possible for me to own the house when the land isnt in my name?

I've got a question: where in the heck did you find a piece of land in Bangkok for 1 million baht?

That was all i needed to know thank you.The land is close to where i live now besides my company in Nong Khaem abaut a 10 minute drive from The Mall Bangkae.

If it's your own company, and you have Board of Investment approval (i.e. brought in enough money when you set it up for that), you can possibly buy the land yourself (there is a restriction on the amount of land, and it can't be next to a beach, but that shouldn't be an issue for 1m baht of land in BKK)
