I would recommend David at DDevolution, he catered to my every need & any problem that arose, he dealt with it very professionally & explained it all to me very adequately. I trusted him & that's good enough for me on an Island where it is possible not to trust people..

rent for a month then get a bike and look round the island, you will get a better deal and get to see the property before you sign a longterm contract.

I'd beg to differ personally.

I know only one fair "realtor", my friend from samuifinder. Anyway, if you rent, just rent for one month, if you dont like you move to a better place. No reason to pay 6 months in advance, plenty of choice.

I agree to pay 1 mo. at a time til you find a place you're comfortable with, but keep the realtors OUT of it, as claudefeller says; There is Plenty of choice in all price ranges.
