I'm going to start to looking for a job in Thailand ( I know it's gonna be almost impossible.. ) .

I am an Italian citizen.

Do I need a work permit or VISA to apply for a job or in case the company will be interested in hire me will do all the burocrathic things?

You must have a work permit before you work. For it to be issued you will require a non immigrant visa that allows work. But that can be obtained after the work permit is applied for with a quick trip to a Thai Consulate.

You need an offer of employment prior to getting a work permit.
