I hope you dont mind me sending you this message

I have read many post my member who you have advised on their situation regarding visa applications and I would be extremely grateful if you could give me some advice on the following.

Below is a brief outline of my situation.

I have known my Thai girl friend since 21st June 06. My Girlfriend has a daughter who was 6 months old when I first went to Thailand to meet up with them. My Girlfriend has full care and custody of her daughter as the father disappeared 8 months before the child was born.

I have been to Thailand on 3 occasions,

21st August 2006 – 10th November 2006,

26th January 2007 – 5th July 2007 (Travelled on tourist visa’s),

26th January 2008 – 6th April 2008 (Travelled on O visa, given after a letter was written by my girlfriend asking for an o visa to be given to me)

I have looked after my girlfriend and her child financially since August 2006. Whenever I have left Thailand I have always left a lump sum of money along with my ATM card for my girlfriend to withdraw money of approximately 20000 Baht’s per month plus any other monies that were needed.

I came back from Thailand on 6th April 2008 because I was offered a position with a major company in the UK.

My wages are £17,500 per year with bonuses of around £200 plus per month.

I have bank/savings of approximately £3000.

I am renting a 2 bedroom property for £350 per month

At the moment I am sending between 25000 – 30000 baht’s per month to my girlfriend.

We have come to the decision that it would make financial sense if they both came to stay with me in the UK.

I would be applying for a fiancée visa as I wish to marry my girlfriend in the UK

We both have emails which we have sent nearly every day since 21 June 2006 whist we were apart and I have telephone records which again show that I have phone my girlfriend at least one a day everyday sometime’s more whist we are apart . We also have photographs of us together and we are both named on the house we rent in Chiang Mai.

I would be grateful for any advice on making the application or if you could recommend yourself or anyone else who could help in making this application to avoid any difficulties i would have when applying for a fiancée visa for my girlfriend and a visa for her daughter who is now 2 years and 3 months old.

My girlfriend’s daughter refers to me as Daddy and I always see and talk to her via internet/cam every day as she always asks for me.

My girlfriend’s cousin who is a high ranking Thai police officer would also be willing to make a statement to show that I have been with living with my girlfriend and that I look after my girlfriend and her daughter financially .

Thanks in advance
