Looking for a rental in Salaya area, anwhere from studio to a 2 bedroom could work but must allow pets (specifically, a small, housebroken Pomeranian)

For long term, probably 4 years

Prefer furnished butr unfurnished can be considered if available for long term

For which reason would also consider purchase if price is nto sky high...

as I do remember you did see my brother's in law 3 bedroom house off Liep Khlong Thawi Wattana, close to Puttamonthon and Sanam Luang2, some 1.5y ago (when searching for the accommodation for your niece attending the Mahidol university salaya campus) - it's rented long term, but can be sold ~1.5mln.

Closer to the town centre, between puthamonton sai 1 and 2, just off the wongwan rob nok (outer western ring road) I have a brand new 4 bedroom house going 10k/month and selling 1.5 mln.

I am not sure that are you still looking for a house near Salaya. I have a house for rent or sale in reasonable price.
