What Happened To Udonmap?

Anyone know what happened to the Udon Thani site.... udonmap dot com?

It has been off line for nearly 3 days

There was a small fire at the servers based in the states, and as a result it affected the power to thousands of websites inc udonmap.com, i have read that they are working day and night to rectify the unfortunate problems at the server centre and will soon be back up and running,no time exact time scale has been given, but just keep checking on udonmap.com and it will be back on line soon.

No problem,wasn't a BIG fire but the power had to be shut down, and a few difficultys with the power transformers have occured, if i find out anything new i will post it, hopefully won't be much longer...

and there is a lot more to the U/map forum than US politics and football.

A new/replacemant generator that the servers had been waiting for since earlier today has arrived on site, and is in the process of being put in place now.

This is what happened ,late afternoon(US time) on 31st May 2008

electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding our electrical equipment room. Thankfully, no one was injured. In addition, no customer servers were damaged or lost.

We have just been allowed into the building to physically inspect the damage. Early indications are that the short was in a high-volume wire conduit. We were not allowed to activate our backup generator plan based on instructions from the fire department.

This is a significant outage, impacting approximately 9,000 servers and 7,500 customers.

Udonmap is a great site. We are trying to make some others in Isaan and should be ready soon.

We are working on koratmap, roietmap, surinmap, ubonmap, etc. DOT COM.

Hope it will help people to know what to visit, see, where to eat, etc.

i cant get onto udonmap anymore,since a couple of weeks

does anybody know if they are still online and maybe a different adress?or what happen?how can i get back on?tried google and the links from there dont work for me either?

I read udonmap everyday and it is still up and running fine. I just got off the website a few minuytes ago. Where are you accessing it from?
