I just spent 4 days in nong khai, enjoyable met a few knowagable x-pats in the pool @ royal mekong hotel, agood bar I found was the peck bar a couple of reasonable sorts work from there,cold beers,alas I had comitments in pattaya and had to cut my visit short,but I will return regards songkhlasid.

I for one.....would have welcomed a more detailed post, instead of a partly stenographic one.
