hi all

further to my post about changing names on a motorbike i went to the office today and as the motorbikes are registered on the mainland and i have a yellow book showing my residence as khon kaen they said i have to go to surat to change the details.

question 1 do i have to go to surat, i have a 1 year rental sgreement so can immigration complete a form for me to show that my residence is now koh samui?

question 2 if i have to go to surat to change the details does anyone know where the motor office is?
