try rolling out spring roll wrappers, works, bit heavy, but works OK.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have never seen it at TOPS, but will keep looking, looking here as well, I did try to make some, partly successful - SEVERAL parts

Try the "Deli Market" they should have some in stock.

Kan Win is right. Although not very recently, for years I have been buying Filo Pastry from the Deli in Patong. The sheets were rather thick by comparison to the Filo elsewhere and if you are planning on making the triangular cheese or spinach pies (tiropeta or spanakopeta) you need to use 1 sheet instead of the usual 2 to 3 sheets. I found the quality of the pastry to be very good.

Thanks, I will try to find it next time I am in Patong, thre is a 'Pie Maker'n Phuket, I think his name is Steve, if I can track him down, maybe he can help? But I have a feeling that Shepherds Pie and Steak & Kidney Pie are about it.
