Phu Sing Immigration For 1 Year Retirement Extension

Featured Replies

Hi,

Some time ago there was a report that PhuSing immigration asked/requested a medical certificate for a retirement extension.

I know it is not supposed to be required since a couple of years and in any cases was not required last year in Kap Cheong but.......

Anybody has a very recent experience in Phu Sing ?

Thanks

It doesn't really matter, you could be on your death bed and get a medical certificate. The clinic I go to the Doctor doesn't even see me, his receptionist pulls out a pre-signed form, fills it out and i have my certificate. The cost is ฿50 or less.

I am trying to find out if I need the certificate or not. I prefer not to have to make 2 trips to immigration, it is more than 100km one way from my place.

On the other hand if it is not clear, sure I could just take it with me just in case.

Anybody has a recent experience at Phu Sing Immigration ?
