No disrespect. But Spurs are'nt big enough for Martin O'Neil. I see him as the future manager of Man U. I'm a Rangers fan. But i rate O'Neil as one of the best .

I read that Santini left for personal reasons. What were they? Do you know?

Its an excuse where all parties can save face..

Santini lost his power struggle with Frank Arneson, who had the backing of the board. He knew he had to go.

O'Neil is getting criticism this season, over his tactics and selections.

The Big 5, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, Newcastle have managers likely to be in place for the next couple of years. 3 have new managers. Wenger just signed an extension, Fergie is going nowhere for a while.

O'Neil will not hang around at Celtic after this season. Doesnt leave him many options.

It looks like Spurs will go with Martin Jol full time from monday.

Spurs & Rangers have the same ownership Jock, ENIC.

I was not surpised that you left , me old amphibious mucker.

Jol may have a chance if he coaxes his ex-prodigy to join ( Ronaldo not Liam Howlett!) but that seems like a distant pipe dream. We've got the strike force and defence to beat the best around.

Midfield? Not yet.

Teamwork? Not even close.

I fear for the rest of the season.

Dr Patpong could be next , who knows these days...
