Are you buying a property in Hua Hin? what sort and careful..is it a land or house and lot...I am a thai but brought up in the Philippines and my English friend has a land for sale it's 8 rai...just be very careful in dealing people...Thanks

No, but it's worth the money to have a reputable law firm checkout the property and titles.

Here in Phuket, there have been times property has been sold that wasn't the seller's land to sell, and now there is a huge review going on by the governmnet where developers have developed land they were not allowed to develop.
