Did anybody ever stay at Chaweng Park Place and give some information about that place?

I am looking for a room for less than 20.000 and Chaweng Park Place standard room is 17.000 ...

The building looks new ... I passed on many times, but I never had a look inside.

Maybe somebody can help me ...

Or what about Reuan Thai Village and Sasitara Residence?

All three places and run by the same company ...

For those prices, you can get a great place, if you like that type of clientel!

I stayed here a couple of years ago when it had just recently opened.

Nothing was generally wrong with the place it's just that it did not seem to work for me. I do remember some building work taking place at the time so that was probably it. The pool is a new addition since my stay.

Staff at reception were OK but the rooms were not cleaned everyday.

I do also remember that access to the building on foot was pretty dangerous as no pavement/footpath seperates you from the "Formula 1" circuit at the front. If it rains, your also stuffed due to flooding etc. If your out partying and coming back in the dark then make sure the drivers can see you clearly. Common sense mate really!!!!

If im honest, NO, i would not stay there again.

this place looks rather promising ... hmmm ...

E. g. ... where is it? I don't know the exact location of the residence.

Which hotel is next to this place?

They say they opened the residence just one year ago ...
