If Anyone is travelling Highway 212 Mukdahan to Nakhon Phanom

be carefull as there is flooding north of That Phanom making the Journey North or South Dangerous

the Highway is upto 1 Mtr Deep in places

Anyone have details of flooding in the lower regions towards Mukdahan
