I am looking for room, appartment or house in kata/karon region. Round 10000-12000 a month as I am trying to do some research on a new business concept I have not seen in the region and will try to find out why and if there is possibility to get it up and running. Anyone know available places? or people to talk to?

Ofcourse I will start looking for myself to as suggested in other topics, but any help is welcome (everything is better then paying 20000 at a crappy hotel :o )
