Hi, My Mrs is about to apply for a settlement visa for the UK. We have been married for 2 months now, and have been in a relationship for one year and two months. I have recently moved jobs and house, 01 Sep. I now have permenant, full time position £26000 gross. I have a letter of acceptance but I am still waiting to recieve the contract, should come in the next few weeks. Will this be a problem?

The tennacy agreement is also a copy as the letting adgent is keeping the orginal and I can not submit my concil tax statement as I am in the process of setting that up (only been in my house 5 days now)

Any advice will be gratefully taken, thanks

The issues that you raise should not be a problem, providing that they are addressed in a covering letter, set out pretty much as you have done here on this forum.

Scouse.
