Electric Opener For Seat And Remote Control

I am going to buy the new Honda Click I Forward. I was wondering if anyone have ever retrofitted an electric opener (solenoid) for the seat on a Click (or any other bike for that matter). It is standard on the Honda Air Blade and operated with a switch. I once rented a bike that opened the seat by turning the ignition all the way back, but I don't remember what make or model it was. Is such a modification even possible on a Click?

I have also seen scooters with remote control. Both for alarm and to start and stop the engine. I think a remote start is very cool, but I can't really see how that is useful in any way, specially since you have to use the key to unlock the steering anyway. That would also require to disable the side stand switch that is a nice safety feature. Anyone has any views on a remote start?

What I really want is a remote controlled alarm that can also open the seat. Anyone know a shop in Pattaya that sell something like that and can make the modification?
