Hi Chaps.

Have some more questions, hope someone can help.

My wife and her two children aged 8 & 10, will be will be submitting their settlement visa application forms and supporting documents in a week or so.

Since August 2005, I have always made funds available for my wife and the kids living expenses both while I was residing with them in Phuket and since my return to the UK in May 2008 to find work. My wife has recently sold our business premises and is now living on the proceeds until, hopefully, joining me in the UK.

I have included as much detail of the above as possible in a separate (Rob style) Document to be included with the application.

My first question is: do the following questions in form VAF 4 relate specifically to my wife and her children or do they relate to other family members, none of whom need my support?

Part 6

Question 6.4.15 "is your sponsor responsible for supporting anyone financially including any children listed above?"

And very similar

Question 6.9.15 "How much of your sponsors total monthly income is given to their family members and other dependants?"

I also find the declaration section of the form a little confusing:

Should my wife or the kids sign the declaration on the kids forms?

And:

Should we declare that we have used an agent, as I have filled out the forms?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Providing that all of the relevant information is available within the application in its entirety, the answers to the questions you cite can simply be "see my covering letter".

Your wife should sign her own application and she may also sign the children's. If you have used an agent in relation to the application, their details should be included on the forms.

Scouse.
