what's the most likely way from phuket airport to kamala beach please guys? is it a meter taxi, saengthaw or such? and how much is a ballpark fee? thanks.

Hi Stevie, Metered Taxis are probably the best way to go.

They have an office/stand just outside the main building on the right as you come out.

(Can you not get your accom to pick you up as Phuket Taxis are the most expensive in the land )

or if you are hiring a car they will pick you up from the a'port.

To Kamala, about 300 baht on meter + 100 baht airport charge.

hotel has just quoted us 600 baht for transfer so looks like a meter cab is cheaper and therefore preferable.
