Guys, in this section of Thai Visa it would be most helpful, especially for those of us on Internet Dial-Up, to include the country of the particular query.

Not a flame, just a request as even though some may have much time on their hands or like to read the full board, some of us don't have this privledge!

Quite agree. I have just read a thread where the OP is given a lot of advice about the US. Problem is, it appears he was asking about the UK!

Maybe a bold notice should be placed on the forum home page asking posters to always say which country they are asking about.

Quite agree that some advice be given to help with what is an annoyance on this section of T.V.

Perhaps one of the Mod's could take it on-board.

Thanks for the answer anyway, I expected to get flamed for daring to suggest something which may make this section more workable and efficient!

The problem is, the only way to request the information is on a pinned link at the top of the page.

How many look at this place before they post?

Although I agree with you and I remember you asking several times before, every time there is a new guy and oft they are new, the process is renewed.

However, in defence I would like to say, at the time of posting people have their own particular world in front of them, they might on occasion forget critical parts of the information required, this is not reason to be critical, a gentle nudge should suffice.

I agree with all, and can vouch for Burnsie's frustrations, but ultimately must agree with Moss that people generallly will not read a pinned thread: they post what is uppermost in their mind at the time and, frequently, the country of reception is secondary.

Scouse.

I think this would be very easy to overcome, in the New Topic page, have a Country of Origin tick box, and another tick box of questions/querys,

And leave the poster to fill in {if they want} extra subject matter, If the the tick boxes are empty, then the post is returned and they have to do it,

Like the OP says, it would save a lot of irevellant reading and time.
