Long Term Rental Property

Featured Replies

Not sure whether to put this in Real Estate forum or here, but i guess a mod will move it if req'd.

I am thinking of moving to Phuket start of next year and wondering where is a good location. I want to be close enough to Patong to go out and party 3 or 4 nights a week, but i want a detached house far enough away from Patong that I can get peace when i want it. I also dont want to be a huge distance from the airport since i work offshore and travel a lot. Top budget is maybe 45k a month.

Any thoughts would be appreciated as most of the properties I have seen are in Chalong and that doesnt seem a good location for what I am looking for.

I agree with the above post. I work off/on shore and rotate to India. 5-6 friends in the same business, we all got great service from Wellta. She is really good. Email her and let her know what you are looking for.

Good Luck.

Thanks guys. I've also had a couple of PMs with houses, so will take a look at a few when i come visit in a couple of weeks.

cheers

Just to throw it out there and pitch one of my brand new rental houses..............  I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath air conditioned house about 1 kilo north of the heroines monument on the left hand side going towards the airport.  Airport is 20 minutes away tops, while patong is realistically 25-30 minutes away, although any brochures would say 20 minutes.  19,000 baht/month which gives you some extra patong spending money.
