I am asking for a board meeting and discuss the lack of management by BKKJames.

During this meeting BKKJames needs to explain why he has not been in control of this very topic.

It is the management job to gently keep things on track while encouraging everyone and giving everyone space to do innovative work.

When they feel they can be creative and innovative "without backlash or negative feedback", they will love their jobs. When they love their jobs, they approach them with ownership and passion. Everyone wins.

Mistakes will be made, but if the man is essentially right himself, I think the mistakes he makes are not so serious in the long run.....as much as the mistakes management makes - if it is dictatorial and if it undertakes to tell everyone ... exactly how they must do their job.
