How To Get To The Airport?

Featured Replies

in the past i always used taxis to go to the airport, but i guess there are some cheaper ways to go there.

what about minibuses?

or what about songtaews to phuket bus station and then airport bus?

or other options ... any information for me?

Travel agent might be able to offer a shared mini bus. Some time back I remember seeing a Patong travel agent with an airport mini bus schedule.

i really wish to have more information about it ...

taxi 600 is too expensive ... and bus to phuket and then bus to airport is not convenient ;-)

I think there's an inexpensive shared minibus service from Patong to the airport, run by a travel agent on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pii road. Don't recall their name, but they're located just across from where the small soi that connects Phrabaramee (near the mosque) dead ends into Rat-U-Thit 200 Pii. Have seen it on the road a few times - it has the agency's name painted on the front doors.
