My printer is having trouble with the paper feeding. It's no able to draw it thru to start printing, sometimes it works but often it doesn't.

It's a cheap one, I've had it for a while and it's seen plenty of use, so if I have to get another that's OK. However, if there's something that can be done to extend it's life I'd appreciate knowing. Maybe cleaning rollers or something like that?

I think you answered your own question.

In this heat and humidity the rollers and such are probably dirty if the printer has had a lot of use. Take it to some shop for a good cleaning. Shouldn't be too expensive. If it's one of those really cheapy Epsons or whatever and you got a few years use on it, donate it to a school or something and get another probably the best way to fix it.

Thanks, I'll get a new one and take it to the have this one checked out at the same time. I've had a good run from it and don't mind buying a new one, it's just I'm really pushed for time.

I too had printer problems. I went to a small local shop and bought a new HP Deskjet F-4280. It has a scanner and copier. It cost 2,500 baht. That price made repairs to my old one just not worth the hassle.
