Looking for cheap lease on 50-100 rai in a geographically central Phuket location , though near enough Bang Tao or Mai Khao beaches to ride to would be fantastic, suitable for horses, bore hole water necessary with a title permiting 30 year stamp ( not Ratcha Pass Deux..) .

for a real equestrian centre.

I think Phuket is ready for such a business .. Any interested parties? Suggestions or leads on lands appreciated .
