Just wonder about electricity, is it the same you pay 24/7 or is it cheaper at night time, maybe from 21pm to 6AM, i know some places its cheaper.

It's same 24/7. I've never heard of off peak meters in Thailand. Maybe it's possible, but it's not usual.

Thanks, then no point in running pool pump all night

Not a good idea anyway to run your pool pump for an extended period. Best you run 3 hours early morning, 3 hours afternoon, and 3 hours early evening. That's what I do. Although it does depend on volume of water and pump capacity.
