Named for the famed asylums for the insane, founded in London in 1247, it was possibly the first such asylum, and can be said to be the longest in existence as it is still taking in extremely loud, troubled people and effecting cures on a surprisingly large number of them.

I personally think this name would be most apt for this area of the forum.
