Yes plenty of places down there, usually the company you book your hotel/speed boat has a car park where you can leave your car, have done this plenty of times and never had a problem withe car when I get back

Right in front of the jetty(s) is covered guarded parking. Some baht per day - 50 -100 I forget. Worth it. Buy your ferry boat ticket, unload your bags & a man will show you where to park & give you your ticket to reclaim the car (& you pay the money). Don't lose the ticket.

do you have to leave the keys?! i wouldn't like that!

Why would you leave the keys....park it the car park..lock it up.. and get on the ferry or speed boat

Its not a valet service..

You don’t leave the keys, but as in many carparks, if you are blocking another car, you leave it in neutral with front wheels straight so they can push it out of the way. Have used the parking lot at the main ferry and 2 others next door. No problems.
