Greg Firstly, Most Thai sewage systems ae not designed to take paper or any other sanitary items flushed down the system like in Europe or America.

Second you may want to ask the mods to move this to the building and DIY section. Why you thought that it would get a good response in the ladies section bafles me :o Ladies, especially Thais are not exactly remembered nor renowned for their plumbing skills :D

moving this to Pattaya Eastern forum

(..so hopefully there will be suggestions for your local area)

You should have inspection covers outside the house ? lift one nearest the blockage and see if it's blocked...

How big is the house? how big is your sewage tank? how many people use it? If it is the toilet that gets blocked then you can buy a unblooker, it is 1.5m long flexi with a drill/screw on the end and the top end has a handle you turn, put it down the toilet and keep pushing and turning the handle [most hardware stores sell these].... or 1st try flushing and then with the water fill to the very top. leave it a while, the presser should push the blockage away
