I don't have the program that gave the effects anymore as I have changed my notebook.

The Camera was on my knee and he didn't even know I was taking the shot as I looked away when I pressed the shutter and hoped for the best, it was a luck shot.

Kan Win, I can't recall the program offhand, quite good though at bringing out the subject as I was able to alter the background, I used the same program for The Japanese girl in 'Harajuku Girl'.

It wasn't photoshop is all I know.
