A friend of mine told me that Carrefour plan to open a second supermarket on the island at the front of the Phuket shooting range on Patak road in Chalong. Anybody know how true is the news?

A friend of mine told me that Carrefour plan to open a second supermarket on the island at the front of the Phuket shooting range on Patak road in Chalong. Anybody know how true is the news?

I like Carrefour, decent cheese/butter and super fresh Ham off the bone

and their Pizza is excellent.and a lot better and bigger choice of fresh meat and fish;

less expensive than Tops.

So good news if true.

Why don't you email Carrefour and ask?

Just like a rumour that the new HomePro mall at Chalong Circle would have a Carrefour. But that was untrue. I really doubt the Carrefour would open another super store so near Patong. Would be good for me, but unlikey. Just hope that Villa Market actually open sooner rather than later.
