Question For Workpermit.

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I'm living now for 2 jears in Thailand.

And my Wife has opened a internet gaming cafe.

Is it possible to get a workpermit , to help my wife.

The most answers would be yes, but without she has to show all the paperwork at income - tax etc.

Just a workpermit to help my wife (at home ) in the internet gaming cafe.

Now at the moment i help her, but only at night time when it is closed and even then only whit the maintenance and mailfunctions of a computer.

For the rest i'm standing behind her and telling what to do and not to do.

And i'm telling it's terrible to stand there and you may not do anything.

Only because they maybe could come and check you out.

I'm hoping for answers who can help me. NO SPAM (kidding) Thankssssssssss.

easyman.

Do you have extension of stay based on marriage.

If you have that there is no problem to get a WP.

Yes you could get a work permit. The business has to be registered, have 2 Thai empoyees and meet income requirements for the company. It would be best to contact a lawyer to assist with this.

See the working aliens act for info: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/post-a58931-...iens-Act-1-.pdf

That is to bad,

The business is registered, But we have no employees, and no income to prove.

The other part is yes , i go in the ginning off April for an extension of stay on base off marriage.

I'll think i give it a shot at the immigration in Mea sai.

Normally they are helpfull.

Thanks easyman.
