Where would I find Plantronics or another high quality headsets in Bangkok?

Systems 2000 is the official retailer. I've never used them but I have a Pulsar 590a (UK) that needs repair that I'm planning to send to them.

I tried to contact them several times to get cushion replacements for the same model (Pulsar 590), never got an answer.

To the OP, there are few shops in Panthip with decent stuff, bought mine in IT City (but not a lot of choice).

For fast & easy cushion/earpad replacement, just buy some cheap headphones (B150) w/ pads about the same size and use those. Did that for my Plantronics, worked quite well.

Did not find any cheap model with the same pads size, but I only looked in Tesco/Carrefour.

Can you tell me which one and where did you buy it? (OP: sorry for hijacking your thread :o )

I got some pads for my Koss Portpro in Amorn in Chiang Mai next to Computer Plaza for about 40Bt, not sure if there is one in Bangkok. They sell all kinds of electronic components and equipment plus cables, tools and everything you need electronic wise. I also bought some at the little stalls at the front of Panthip (BKK) and the specialist headphone shop, more of a booth really towards the back of Panthip (BKK) on the ground floor, the place that sells, Grado, Sennheiser and Skully Candy etc.

I live up near the Plantronics office in Aree. I've gone by there when they should be open but no one is there, sent a request via mail and no response. I guess we shouldn't be surprised we can't find the headsets when this is the distributor...

Sounds like it off to Pantip to wander around.

Thanks all for the help and no problem hijacking the thread - have fun with it!!

You'll have to go to a computer mall like Panthip, Fortune Town, Seri Center, Tukcom in Pattaya/Siricha etc. Any little electronics variety shop there, usually w/ a lot of stuff in boxes all over the floor, has these cheap headsets. Panthip looks most promising as one poster says above. My pads are not exact replacements, but close enough.
