There's plenty of outdoor pools. Most hotels will allow you use of their pool for a small charge.

There's also dedicated public swimming pools out there.

The Amari Watergate has a good one abour 7 floors up.

Give it a try it is an outside pool.

If you have kids in tow there's the water park on top of Central Bang Na

Lumpini Park has a pool doesn't it?
