Hi, I just moved to Chalong....Is there an IT Mall in Phuket? Similar to Pantip Plaza in BKK, and The Com in Pattaya?

Thought there would be an IT floor in a mall in phuket town?

Not really. The closest is in the basement of Big C.

And there is something called IT-Center (or IT-City) behind Volvo or BMW on Thepkassatri Road (the way out of Phuket City to the airport), some stuff is available on the top floor of Jungceylon, but the best choice is BigC (see above).

Best option(for me) is basement in BigC,

most of the sales people can speak a decent English.

IT city is like HomePro:" Alai wha? no haeb, mai mee, mai loo....."

ok thanks alot! landlord did say basement of Big C, wasnt sure if there was anymore.....Em I need to buy + get installed more RAM for laptops....And find a splitter cable for Internet connection cable in apartment, cos iv got two laptops...or maybe something to plug in to make wireless connection...And also a headset...And i need to recover memory from my Spy Pen camera...

A few months ago I found one in Jungceylon upstairs by the cinemas. It's tiny, but there are a few shops selling laptops and some others selling bits and pieces. This was last April so I don't know if it's still there.
