Thailand On Cnn About Refuges Ubc52 Now

Featured Replies

Having watched CNN for a long time now, I always found their need to tell you that you were watching CNN with amazing frequency, very tedious. and the OK, fat lady who gabbled the weather caused panic in me looking for the remote to switch off.

So..at a new place with pirate cable, I found Aljazeerah.

I expected to see a succession of mullahs invoking fatwahs and jihads, with hordes of young boys chanting in a language they do not understand.

What a SHOCK..they have garnered very professional anchors and correspondents, and show really high class documentaries, many heart wrenching, about conditions in Africa and the Middle East.

On the other side of the coin Foxnews is also available..I'm not sure where the news is, just a succession of people who must be seconded from the National Enquirer.

They claim probably correctly that they have the highest ratings, I'm sure they do, as they are catering to the Lowest Common Denominator.
