Does anyone know of any charities, support groups or organisations that help families caring for handicapped / dependent relatives in Isaan region. I know of so many families who would like just a day off from this labour of love.

Be great to get together a group to maybe organise a trip to the seaside for some of these people.

Just an idea at the moment.
