Hi - good question. After 14+ years here I can recommend two.

Jimmy (Thai motor engineer speaking fluent English) of J & N Autos, Old Lamphun Rd, will do this for any car in the Chiang Mai area. He is bang up to date with fuel injection, electronic ignition, computers, you name it.

Daychar is an older man (no English), fully qualified in the 70's on twin cams, twin carbs etc but draws the line at the more modern stuff.
