I need to know the prices of brand new cars in BKK.

Also, what is the minimum downpayment for a car and the current interest rates for brand new cars and used cars?

Try rodthai.com , although in Thai you can navigate quite easily by using the status bar, bottom left-hand corner of the screen. This is in English. Very easy to use and possibly the most comprehensive guide to new (and second-hand) prices in Thailand.

As to the second part of your question, minimum down payments and interest rates vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and car to car. At least one manufacturer is offering 25% down, 0% interest deals spread over four years on a selected model of SUV. You will have to shop around to find the right car with the best finance deal.
