MyphuketLife Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Central.Robinsons. Got both mine from Robinsons, best selection I got a better quality one for cheaper by having my sister in my home country purchase and mail it to me... Even with the post fees it was still allot cheaper and much better quality than any I found in Robinson or Central...

Kiwi/Thai Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I you drive from Chalong circle to Phuket town you will see the sign for Villa 3 on the right hand side about halve way along. There is a block of shops right there that has the best childrens shop on the island. It has all the western brands including excellent carseats. It is inexpensive and the owners are really friendly and helpful. I bought a carseat at Christmas time, I think it was from the States, it was about TB6000 and accomodated a small baby right through to a four year old (western size kid). Cotton lining for comfort, ajustable layback settings and no need for any specialised seat belts. Heaps of other cool stuff, check it out.

hudriwudri Posted April 9, 2009 Author Posted April 9, 2009 can u post a Google Earth Bookmark for easy find?
Kiwi/Thai Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Sorry but I am not that up on the play with google. Tell me how and I'll give it a shot. The shop had all sorts of stuff that I considered good quality however I never really looked at toys. They did have some. I did notice kid's trikes that look pretty hardy, could survice more than a few crashes. There were also some very cute clothes and accessory's. They had awesome cots, pushchairs , higchairs etc. Good solid stuff made for bigger sized kids. I believe these guys would order stuff for you if you required it, they were very nice, an older Thai man and his family from what I could gather.
