i think mk is noting the one stars on all topics. some sad and pathetic trolls from the looks of it. Sometimes, I really do wonder at people who find that kind of thing amusing. Seems all very junior high schoolish.

I never saw the point of these stars on the topics. If it a topic has many replies, that alone should signify that it is either interesting, popular or full of smart people.

I believe it has something to do with a change in Job title. With the raise in status?, comes added responsibility.

To be honest, I thought it might be some kind of crafty observation on the standard of posts in General, the pointless aspect being that it wouldn't change anything, but was a somewhat amusing indictment nonetheless. But SBK is probably right. The reality is, it's more likely just someone mindlessly fuc_king about.

I thought it was the banner ad splattered right across the middle of your post. But then I realised that the banner ad wasn't part of your post. I wish they could do something about this problem - it's been getting worse lately and it's not as if they haven't known about it for months.

It alienates possible clientelle from the site.
