It means diplomatic relations between UAE and Thailand are at risk. It also means he hasn't given up plans for revolution as there's no chance he'd be exonerated of his crimes without overthrowing the whole Thai state.

It also means people who support this red revolution are either asskissers waiting for spoils or just plain idiots.

It also means people who support this red revolution are either asskissers waiting for spoils or just plain idiots.

Or both options.

The clock is ticking down like the the alarm clock in the crocodile's gut.

It must be haunbting him big time...

What moves does he imagine he can do before the money case hits court

to leverage the situation his way?

And more importantly, what moves if it, predictably, doesn't go his way,

will he attempt to get back wheat he will feel was stolen from him.

Revolution is likely not to strong a word for a worst case possibility.

But can he possibly have enough power left to do more than set the streets abalze,

until the army logically puts it down and arrests all his minions.

I feel sorry for many of the little people with laudable goals in the Red camp,

because they will not get their goals met on their current path,

and likely be injured in the name of Thaksin, not in sole pursuit of their ends.

Tourism will be grandly written off by September because with his money sequestered

and his plans utterly thwarted, the man may go round the twist for a Hail Mary Pass,

and that can most likely mean attempts at bringing down the government and powers that be.

Madness by most measures...

I understand that you don't understand anything, it is your signature.

If a poster, Koo82, posts lies that the killings happened but that people - as by magic - was unable to capture even 1 second of video about it, the video above is a reminder that cellphones ar all around us and many captures of EACH killing can be found online. With even more found offline!

I don't recall I posted "killings". Some sources say at least 77 were injured. Some sources said over a hundred. How can you say I post "lies"?

As I posted earlier, how can you know if the reds were dead if you and I were not there? Seeing some photos in blood cannot prove if the persons were dead.

I only may prove to you if one is dead if both of us sit near him. Firstly, both must check if he still breaths. If he doesn't, both can assume he is dead. But some people said one is called dead when the brain stops working completely. This requires a doctor and I'm not.

Dawn finally breaks over Marblehead.

Of course this dawn obscures past days rather blythely.

No point in doing an excessive search for past mis-statements of fact,

too many have seen them all to clearly to warrant this effort.

Thaksin phones in to Pheu Thai Party campaign rally in Sisaket

Ex-prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra yesterday phoned in to a campaign rally of the Pheu Thai Party, pitching for votes in tomorrow's by-election in Sisaket and pleading with voters to help him return from exile in Dubai.

"The weather in Dubai is very hot, soaring to 51 degrees [Celsius] and, with your help to carry me back, I want to return to Thailand," he said in his telephone message to about 500 supporters.

His phone-in does confirm that his current location is Dubai.

Now then, someone's lying.

Presuming Thaksin is not lying, then that means the Dubai officials who denied his presence there, are lying.

So then, who's lying? :)

Minister of Foreign Affairs continues to seek extradition of Thaksin from UAE

BANGKOK, 30 June 2009 (NNT) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs has made plans to renew talks with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the extradition of fugitive ex-Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.

Reports have indicated that Puea Thai Party MPs will travel to the UAE to meet with ousted Prime Minister Thaksin and celebrate the Party's recent by-election wins.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Kasit Piromya stated however that Thailand had not let up efforts to seek the extradition of Thaksin and had continually submitted information on his legal status to the UAE.

Mr Kasit noted that during the upcoming ASEAN-GCC Summit, he will most likely bring up the issue during his meeting with the UAE Foreign Minister.

The talks will be the first instance of the matter being raised at the ministerial level.

Previously, the issue has only been handled by the Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

1) I suppose one reason why you don't remember what you posted before is since multiple users post using the same user-name not everyone knows what the others post.

2) If I dig up posts of you referencing killed individuals, will you leave the forum? I'm not gonna work for free.

3) Within your own post you manage to muddle the waters and asking how I can know if someone is dead, even when you claim a mere sentence away that you only ever talked about injured.

4) We all know you are not a doctor or qualified to make any medical validation of a person in real life or from a picture. Atleast you admit it now.

Hi All.

Just seen on the Television News that Abhisit invited Veera the red shirt leader onto his television show this week-end to put his case to the nation and debate the issues , Veera declined the offer and said he is busy trying to collect 1,000,000 signatures to get a royal pardon to bring Thaksin home,Now everyone knows that the red shirts have no policies to debate. The only policy they will pursue is trying to get a pardon for their boss.

just do it, instead of talking hot air.

if you can bring a quote from koo82 where she claimed that hundreds have been killed as you accuse her before post_snapback.gif you are the winner of that argument.

and your silly bet "if can, will you leave the forum" should be double sided. if you can't not, you should keep silent in the future. don't demand from other what you are not willing to accept for yourself.

you approached me once with the same bet 'if you bring some evidence, i should leave forever'.post_snapback.gif i am still waiting for that video that you promised me to show. you never came up with. just talking hot air and keep on trolling.

You seemed to be confused.

They showed the video of the red shirted women spitting on him. As was reported here. And the journalists laughed when they later tried to make it out like they where the victims anyway.

I cannot post the video as I don't have it but the news had.

Fallacy. Why she should give Abhisit the honour to appear on his stage? His offer comes to late and in a moment where he lose ground. Nobody want to play with Mark M 16. Realize that. Just look at the canceled Asean meeting in Phuket.

again, that woman, that got her hair pulled and dragged across the road didn't spit that 'hero' in the face. that claim is false.

you confused that with the situation where the second woman spat on the ground. if you are still unsure if that is the same, ask your mother. i am sure she can explain it to you, what is wrong there.

so now you have two task, bring a video that show that that curley hair woman spit the man in the face and bring the quote where koo82 claims that hundreds have been killed, otherwise follow your own advice.

thank you for your cooperation.

Veera 'no' to hosting TV show

Veera Musikhapong, a leader of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship, has turned down an invitation to interview Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on his regular Sunday morning television programme on NBT, Jatuporn Promphan said on Tuesday.

The invitation was reportedly made by PM's Office Minister Sathit Wongnongtoey.

"Veera is a true red-shirt who is firm in his stand against the government because of its double standards and illegitimacy. So he does not need to talk to Mr Abhisit and does not see this as a loss of opportunity," said Jatuporn.

You cannot say that they don't have humour.

The refusal is actually a backlash for the PM PR machine. what these guys had expected, it's too late. it would have been cool if Abhisit had done this right at the beginning of his time as PM. Invite the Reds for open talks, if he wanted national unity. This way he could have for sure more than a couple of the reds convinced that he isn't such a bad guy. However, the reds got underestimated, ignored, false hope the movement will dry out alone. Wrong. Chasing them with paper bullets. And now when it look s dark and darker for the future of the government he suddenly wants a talks show with the anti coup activist Veera. Not with Mark M16. Isn't Veera also under investigation and got arrested for "on criminal charges of breaking traffic laws, inciting people to break the law and illegal assembly of more than 10 people"5bafeaaa.jpg

During the time Junta time as the military was also official in power, Veera got arrested on very similar charges "holding an illegal assembly of at least 10 people that caused unrest, instigating violence, using loud speakers without permission, and resisting orders from authorities".5bafeaaa.jpg Follow the link to read what the The International Federation for Human Rights said then about it.

The Rally last weekend was again under supervision by the military.

Nobody wants appear with Abhisit together and give him some photo stage options in a silly propaganda show.

UAE set to pounce on Thaksin

MANAMA : The United Arab Emirates has promised to expel ousted prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra and send him to Thailand if he is found in Dubai. While the two countries do not have an extradition treaty, there is a reciprocal arrangement that allows for the exchange of fugitives.

The issue was raised in talks yesterday between Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya and his UAE counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on the sidelines of the meeting of foreign ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in Bahrain.

Mr Kasit said Thailand had already sent six fugitives to the UAE as requested by Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Abdullah admitted Thaksin had stayed in Dubai, Mr Kasit said. The UAE was looking into the issue of whether Thaksin had re-entered the country by possibly using a passport from another country or another name..

I bet that Thailand is holding onto that expat who stole "millions" from a company in Dubai just to get at Thaksin.

I know that in Dubai, there is alot of public pressure to get that guy back to Dubai so we might actually get a trade.

Yep, there are some people that do not accept lessons by an undemocratic Junta that came with a coup in power and installed a new constitution with a referendum where it was not allowed to discuss that charter or campaign against it. Or that pseudo democrtats using the military to crack down the protests of the people and jail them for some silly crimes like "using loud speakers without permission" and " illegal assembly of more than 10 people"

Yeah, Mr. red.

And some more silly little things such as interrupting an international summit, burning public buses, hijacking gas tankers, threatening some people with death, killing some others, setting buildings on fire, holding a whole city hostage (Bangkok) and disabling access to others (Chiang Mai!), making Thailand a monkey-house in the world's view (as all of their actions had been televised around the world) etc etc etc.

Anyone in jail yet? No? See something..??

HVT, get your brain washed again please, but use "Breeze" this time, that red soap sucks.

achh, Thanh. that are the official criminal charges, that got published in the newspaper. that are the facts that i can substantiate and so i mentioned them. and it is not my washed up brain. i didn't made that up.

if you can come up with a reference , where Veera is charged with 'killing some others' or 'holding a city hostage', please do so.

i gave the link what the International Federation for Human Rights said about charges like "using loud speakers without permission"

you may want have a look at what Amnesty International said in their Press Release last week.

You always ask people for reference yet your own remembering barely reaches back a few days. How many times i need to tell you that i neither frequent beer bars (for i do not drink alcohol, not one drop!) nor saunas (for i don't support prostitution and am very happy with my one boyfriend since over 8 1/2 years)..??

And yes, who else to blame than the reds? Thaksin can't be blamed, after all he is the innocent angel who can't return to his home country because of the evil forces within said country. Sure, and i saw a pig flying above my apartment just moments ago.

And i don't care for "official charges" and what's written in the newspaper. I care for what i see with my own eyes, either directly or on live television which can not be doctored or faked in any way. Fact is that nobody is yet in jail for they mayhem and destruction they caused in April, and probably nobody ever will, while little people who are accused of stealing a t-shirt or a beer mat (whatever that silly item is) get jailed immediately.
