Anyone know of a bar or public hall that has tables available?

A local told me there was one near walking street but I can't find it.

I haven't checked for a while but the top floor of the Mike Shopping Mall did have tables and equiment for rent by the hour.

Tony's gym on 3rd rd has a table upstairs, and also a bar outside by the pool...
