I don't know where Bung Kan is but i know of a gym not to far from Chaiyaphum city centre. It doesn't look very pretty but i guess you are not going for the view!

I think by the bus staion(Chaiyaphum to Bangkok),or that maybe tai kon do(spelling terrible)Its situated opposite the bus station,the bus staion being on the corner the gym Im thing of is on the road leading upto traffic lights.

I might be wrong,sure I saw something like that.
