During my absence my wife has been exposed to physical mistreatment and abuse by members of the local police force. As she cannot complain to that same police force in that town that committed the crime (human rights violation by a state official), where can we report the abuse? We have to go to the DSI (Department of Special Investigation), talk to a lawyer or what? Eutin 45
