Does anyone know of a source that shows a clear cost comparison (in English), between the various mobile tel operators charges for local and UK (international) calls, at the various times of day/night?

There are only a few providers so just call them up and ask.

It is not hard and they have English speakes on the phone.

AIS, DTAC are the primary ones but there are others.
