Power Lines And Pylons Come Down On Soi Kow Noi.

Soi Kow Noi located off the Sukumvit Road in Central Pattaya was a danger zone on Tuesday Afternoon as power lines collapsed leaving live wires strewn across the street. Many of the wires were telephone and cable lines; however some were live electric cables. Power Company teams were dispatched to the scene and installed new concrete pylons in the effected area. The work is expected to be completed by 5.30 on Tuesday Afternoon. The incident occurred due to a 10 wheel truck which came into contact with wires and dragged the surrounding pylons to the ground. Police were called and have recorded the incident and the driver’s details were taken should Police wish to contact him at a later date in relation to the accident.
