I have a old non imm B visa stamp in my passport that expired in july 2k3 i have since returned home to my host country but while being in the kingdom i had gone to singapore/malaysia 1 or 2 times to renew my 3months are there any chances that i got fake stamps for the other times and i never used khao sarn rd   how can i tell a real stamp from a fake all my stamps look the same in a way i have all the correct looking Exit/Entry stamps for Keluar,sadao, padang basar
I am not an expert on this but If you really did the run your self you should be fine. I have not seen any other posts saying other wise.

LOL!  Keluar is "exit" in Malay, not a city  :o

Yes, if you actually made those trips yourself, you are OK.  The fake stamps come into play when one was too lazy or cheap to do an actual visa run and used a service to do it for them.

Well i did get someone to do a run for me 2 or 3 times but i know the passport did leave thailand and went across to the immagrations and it does have the correct stamps here is a pic of the stamps

Those southern border point stamps are amongst the baddies. You used an agent so they may be bad stamps. Why do you assert that the passport actually left the country ?
