i renewed my retirement visa and will go in to retrieve my passport Monday. i will then get my multiple entry but I cant remember what paperwork i will need for that.

Shouldn't you have done that when you applied for your visa? On the form TM.7 there's a place to apply for single entry or multiple entry.

Sorry, made a mistake with this.

I think you must be referring to the re-entry permit. For this you will need completed form TM.8, 2"photo, copy of arrival card, copy of relevant passport pages and the fee.

Correct, just bring a photo and the fee (3,800 for a multiple) and fill in the form. Easy does it.
