At the municipal sportstadium (sanaam kila) you will find one next to the tennis courts.

On the campus of the Mae Fah Luang University another one.

And I bet the Rajabhat has one too.

I play basketball pretty often in CR. I just send you a message with some options. Its only outdoor basketball places I know by the way, but they play "indoor style" basketball.
